Add a "Clear all tables"-button for each component in the Components overview

We have quite a few tables across multiple components. We regularly wipe all data to test ingestion of data (millions of rows) from multiple systems outside Convex. We often have this need when we change the schema, want to test throughput or similar. It would be a time-saver to be able to clear tables in a central place instead of having to go to each table, in each component, to clear data, one table at a time (i.e. opening a bunch of tabs to have multiple deletion processes run at once). Would make sense to have in the "Components" overview under "Settings" for an instance e.g. a "Clear" button next to "Delete". Very much a nice-to-have, probably not the biggest feature to ship either ✌️
