Feature request: increase document nesting depth beyond 16 levels

Hi Convex Team,

I’d like to request increasing the maximum document nesting depth from 16 levels. While general Convex values support up to 64 levels, database documents currently limit nested objects and arrays to 16.

This can be restrictive for applications with deeply nested or dynamic data structures, requiring unnecessary restructuring. Would it be possible to raise the limit to 32 or 64 levels, make it configurable, or consider increasing it in a future update?

I’d also appreciate knowing whether this is a technical limitation.
